CONTENDRO: Stands for Gestuet Famos in Germany. He was the winner of his Stallion Licensing with 144.70 overall, Jumping: 147.29, Dressage: 131.09. As an outstanding production sire, Contendros offspring had wonmore than four million Euros by 2007. His sire: CONTENDER, was Champion of his licensing in 1987, Jumping: 146.62 and dominated the FN breeding value rating for jumping for many years.
His dam Bravo is also the dam of CaretanoZ, a licensed stallion who was Vice-Bundeschampion in 1997 and World Champion of Seven-Year old Jumpers in 1999, placing in the World Cup final of Gothenberg/SWE. She produced Contendro II , Vice Champion of his stallion licensing in 2004 and Bundeschampion qualified in 2006 and Warrendorf in 2007.

Catch On Fire
was sold to the Stable of Jumper Rider, Jill Henslewood in Canada where he lived out his days producing offspring under the Canadian Warmblood Banner. In 1978, he sired two AHSA 2 year old Horse of the Year winners. In 1977, he was sire of the AHSA High Score Yearling Filly. He also sired the winners of seven state breeding division champions in 1978.

Catch on Fire’s sire is Night Lark, by Bonne Nuit, progenitor of the foremost jumping sire line well hailed to produce Gem Twist and Good Twist….and a favorite line of Frank Chapot.

    PERFORMANCE

    Quality Gaits, With an Exceptional Canter, and Long, Floating Trot, Matched with a Big Jump

    At his stallion Licensing, Cadbury impressed with his beauty and gaits, whilst all the time remaining calm and showing his trainability. Cadbury WOWED the judges and the crowd with his spectacular performance through the jumping chute. For this athletic presentation he garnered 2 9′s for his jumping from respected Judge Otto Schalter from the German PRPS Verband. Breed/Sex Type: 8, Conformation 8, Canter 8, Overall Impression & Development 8.
    2005: In Young Horse competition, Cadbury began his exposure to the show world by competing at Northampton Hunter Jumper in the Hunter Breeding Classes, there he was 2nd in his class and Reserve in the Call back. 2005 found Cadbury, ZONE 1, 4th in his Division. He went on to the USDF Sporthorse in-hand circuit to show at Broadfields & Breezy Meadows with success, under Joe Forest/Hortons Farm.
